I’m Mariko (that’s Mah-Ree-Co). Your friendly neighborhood wedding photographer and self-professed sci-fi geek. What’s my superpower? Getting couples to feel natural in front of a camera. I totally get it. It’s awkward being in front of a camera. But I happen to have perfected getting couples to feel natural so I can get those genuine moments that mean so much to you and truly capture who you are as a couple. I’m a documentary wedding photographer based just outside Baton Rouge, but I love to travel all over. I may not be a native Louisianan, but I love the culture and have developed an unhealthy obsession with the almost year-round snow cones and love for Cajun food.
