Baton Rouge LSU Botanic Gardens Engagement Session | Rebecca + Arlen
I haven’t been able to keep up with my blogs lately so I’m going to try to do some catch-up. Rebecca and Arlen’s Baton Rouge LSU Botanic Gardens engagement session took place in the spring. When I first talked to Rebecca and Arlen, Rebecca told me this location had a bit of sentimental value for her. She also told me that the plant life there is different than what’s in your typical garden. So even if you go when nothing is really blooming locally, there will be something blooming at the LSU Botanic Gardens.
LSU Botanic Gardens are located right off Essen Lane in Baton Rouge. Right next to I-10. I really love that while it’s located in a busy area, the Gardens as well the Rural Life Museum and Windrush Gardens (located further down the main road) don’t feel like your only minutes for such a busy area of the city. It’s very lush and beautiful as well as serene.
Rebecca and Arlen were so much fun to hang out with during their session. They’re total naturals in front of the camera. Probably due to the fact that they’re cosplayers and are used to taking photos. Not only did they chose LSU Botanic Gardens for their engagements, but they will also be getting married there in the fall.
