What Makes Me Different?

Let’s be real, there are tons of photographers out there that take gorgeous photos. But you don’t want just any photographer. You want one that’s not only flexible but one that makes you feel comfortable.

I love to capture weddings in a way that lets couples relax and live in the moment. I’m committed as a wedding photographer for my couples. That’s why I only photograph weddings. I want to give all my couples my full attention.

Hiring your wedding vendors for this special day is a big decision. Especially when it comes to photography because your photos will still be there after the flowers have wilted and the cake is a distant memory.

Wedding planning can be overwhelming and stressful. That’s why I try to help my couples wade through it all. I don’t just click the shutter on a camera. I love to help with timelines so your day can go as smoothly as possible.

Wedding Stories

The way I make highlight films is a little unique. I film clips while I’m photographing your wedding day. They’re a bit more like a home movie. Your photos and film will all be from the same point of view allowing them to complement each other while telling the full story of your wedding day.

What is Full-day coverage?

Full-Day coverage means that your wedding day will be captured without worrying if you have enough hours. Coverage would begin 3 hours before the ceremony and last until the last reception activity OR 8 hours of coverage.

When will we receive our photos?

It takes up to 8 weeks to deliver your photos. That being said, my goal is to get your photos back to you in a timely manner. I know you’re excited to see the photos from your wedding so I do my best to ensure the wait isn’t too long.

Can you tell me more about wedding story films?

A wedding story film is just a video showing the highlights of your wedding and is filmed by one of the photographers so that helps keep your film cohesive with your photos. It will be much like a home movie but with a professional touch to them. Wedding stories take longer to edit than photos. You can expect to receive your film in 10-12 weeks.

Do you travel? Is there a fee?

Wedding day travel is just one to two nights of accommodations (hotel) if your venue is over two hours from me and/or I will be traveling after midnight. Any weddings that will have me home before midnight won’t require accommodations, regardless of distance! Some locations (out of state, 4+ hours away with an early start time, etc) may require accommodations the night before. Wedding day travel is quoted case-by-case, but I don’t charge mileage/time/etc. Just somewhere to stay if needed!

How do I secure my date?

Awesome question! Just let me know if you want to book and I can send you an agreement and invoice so you can look it over before signing. Once you are ready to love forward I need a signed agreement and a $500 retainer. If you’d like you can set up a payment plan or just make the final payment 30 days before the wedding.
