TIMELINE
Planning a wedding day timeline is highly encouraged. It keeps your vendors in line and adds a layer of time security to your day.
As we approach your wedding day, I will reach out via email to discuss your wedding day timeline to ensure that I understand your priorities.
Whether you’re wanting to do a first look or go the traditional route, I’ve gathered some samples of real timelines to guide your planning:

FAMILY PHOTOS
Family photos are so important, especially on a day when two families become one! Creating a list of must-have family portraits will ensure I’m not missing any photos of important people.
I encourage you to bring a few printed copies to reference and assign a family member, friend, or bridesmaid to make sure each person is present for portraits.

CHECKLIST
Picking your outfit color palette and planning your outfits for your engagement session is the first (and most important) step in creating gorgeous photos! FAQS
Have a question? I’ve got an answer! And if you don’t see your question here, please reach out via email: [email protected]marikosearing.com.
I’m so excited to see the photos! How long should I expect to wait?
Wedding Photos take about 8 weeks to deliver. I know that seems like a long time to wait, but I want to make sure your photos are perfect and exactly what you want.
Are you insured?
Of course! As a professional photographer liability insurance is essential. Some venues require me to show proof that I’m insured. Just let me know as soon as you can so I can get them the proof they need.
What if something happens to you and you can’t photograph my wedding?
Yes, I have a network of experienced colleagues I can call upon, and I’m always making more friends. In this business, you can never have too many friends. Actually, I’m pretty sure that’s kind of true about life in general.
What about my privacy? Will my photos end up on your website or be published somewhere?
I prefer to; however, this is negotiable. I respect your privacy and I will never insist on retaining any right to publish photos of you. But I hope you’ll agree that your photos are amazing enough to share!
Can we add to our package?
Of course! I know that you may decide later to add something that you thought you didn’t need or want when you booked. Just let me know so I can make it happen.
Who will the second photographer be on my wedding day?
I work with several photographers for wedding days. They are all professional and meet my standards. I also occasionally work with my husband who I taught everything I know about photography.
Do you retain the copyright to the photos?
Yes, as your professional wedding photographer, I will retain the copyright of all your wedding images however, I always provide an official copyright release for you allowing unlimited personal use and printing of your wedding photos. Since copyright stuff is pretty serious and dull, I can’t really make any good jokes about it. Bummer.
Can you photograph in different lighting situations?
Yes, I am very comfortable working in all types of lighting conditions. I can use available light, or I have plenty of lights to create my own lighting.
